I dunno about you, but I don’t like the idea of joining a gym. Exercising in front of people and paying for the privilege. And i am pretty sure I’ll only go a few times and my money will be wasted.
So I started looking into ways I could exercise at home. Nothing fancy, my goals are just to get a bit more toned and healthy and improve my stamina and heart.(Getting out of breath running for a bus probably isn’t a good thing) even though I am in the ideal BMI these are things we should all work on improving.

My goal is to do a few things at home every day for little to no money to work on improvement. Probably about half an hour a day because I’m pretty lazy.

Right Now this is what I’m starting with. (if you want to get them too just click on the pictures).

Hand Grips Dunno what these are REALLY for, but its good for stress relief and probably improving some grip and definition in my arms. I guess we’ll see.

Sit Up Bar This is attached to my door, Its mainly because my bed frame is high so i can’t grip my feet onto that for sit ups. Pretty cheap, should do the job and it doesnt get in the way

Basic Skipping Rope I heard this is good for stamina/heart etc etc nice and cheap and basic, doesn’t take up any room. Perfect

Weights A classic, plenty of uses, easy to use, massive range of exercises you can do from home with them.

and
Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus
If you have a wii these are great to get, and are easy to find these days.

I’ll be doing a proper review of all these things on their own and what you can do with them, but for now this is what I have. Leave ideas in comments.
So it begins, i guess from now we see whats easy and works
